1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Downloadable software products and digital goods.
  • Personal care items such as skincare products, hygiene products, and cosmetics.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
